That does look very clean. How much is he asking, if I may ask? It’s at the wrong end of the country for me but for a great deal I’d make a nice road trip out of it.

I think he’s gonna ask around 5K Canadian, obviously not expecting that much though. he was talking about asking 4800, and after seeing the pictures starting thinking about 5000. It has 237k, recently done head, essentially no rust but for a couple bubbling spots, and an LSD. I’ll link the ad when he posts it.

If it was a manual as clean as described, I’d probably consider the trip seriously. These cars are beginning to appreciate in value though so he may get close to the asking price with the right buyer.

Tell your friend to post an ad on Maxbimmer as well, if he wasn’t considering doing so already. It’s safe to say much of the audience on there is here in Ontario but it is a Canada-wide forum that has members out west. If anything it will improve the odds of finding an enthusiast buyer.

Yeah the auto is a bit of a bummer. I'll suggest that, I know it's going on Craigslist as well as the local BMW forum that has a pretty big population

I love how the door handle grabs fade (I assume) to a different color than the map pockets and what not. I noticed that in mine this weekend

Yeah once things start fading you can see what used different plastics and stuff. I can't believe how mint the dash and console are though

He isn’t, but he’s only had this car for a year or so, the previous owner might’ve been.
